Kid McCoy

A few old photographs of the popular World of Sport wrestler Mark (Kid) McCoy. Seen here in the late 1980's both on his own and with his illustrious father King Ben. Sadly McCoy left wrestling for a business career when only in his early 20's, so we probably missed many years of seeing this great grappler in the rings of Europe. Always popular with both fans and other wrestlers McCoy had famous wins against experienced lightweights of the caliber of Johnny Saint, Steve Grey, Iron Fist Clive Myers and Richie Brooks. He was also successful when taking on heavier opponents like Rollerball Rocco, Fit Finlay & Blondie Barratt. (Thanks to Russell Plummer for the photo's)
