Location required for new Wrestling Gym in London

Does anyone know of any available space in which we can set up our new Wrestling Gym Facility in London? We had a place lined up in Wimbledon but unfortunately the estate agents description was, to say the least, TOTALLY misleading! We are therefore back at the drawing board. Ideally we need a space that will have room to fit the following in: 16' x 16' wrestling ring (at least 12' - 14' headroom is also needed) Matted wrestling area Oil wrestling area Changing rooms / area Shower area Toilets Office Space "chill out" area or room It also needs to be close to a tube station (ideally) or an overground railway station. Parking space is a bonus. Within the M25 would be ideal, and the closer to central London the better. We are not seeking a state of the art facility. but we do want a place that clients will enjoy coming to, so it has to be welcoming and WARM! We are happy to take a shell and work with it. But we need a shell to start with. If you have any suggestions then please let us know. Or if not, then please spread the work around to your fellow wrestlers. There is a real need for just such a facility and we are happy to provide it. but at the moment we are having trouble locating just the right place to site that facility..... So please get out there and help us find it. As an incentive, we are going to offer to the person who comes up with the place we finally take on, £300 of free bookings to be taken in the first year!!!!!!!!
